He is the founder and president of Look East, an employee-owned consulting firm. He also serves as CEO of the Center for Food Integrity, an international non-profit organization dedicated to building consumer trust and confidence in today’s food system. He also serves as an advisor to the World Business Council on Sustainable Development pork working group.
